《谁知盘中餐》作为一档原创育儿观察类节目，来自全国的各个城市的48个萌娃，萌趣可爱，金句百出节目组会拍摄四站，每站6组家庭的孩子来到乡村，以大带小相互依靠，独立自主生活一周。通过一周的时间，萌娃们切身体验到“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”，孩子们从学会劳动，热爱劳动，到一步步成长为所有孩子们劳动教育的“活标杆”。
